Charlene Turczyn
Charlene Turczyn is founder and current CEO of CMW.  She has over twenty years in Information Technology, Financial Systems and Engineering Systems experience. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Ms Turczyn has worked for firms such as McDonnell Douglas, Computer Associates, Franklin Life and Pansophic Systems. Past positions held include Information Technology Project Manager, Training Manager, and Sales Executive. She is a member of WIPP, AFCEA, and NAWBO.

Beth Davidsmeyer
Beth Davidsmeyer serves as CMW and Associates’ Controller, overseeing the accounting, treasury, investor relations, tax, and internal audit functions of the company.  As contract manager, Beth controls the pricing, indirect rating, and contract maintenance for all existing contracts with our clients.

Mrs. Davidsmeyer is a 15-year veteran of John Deere Life Insurance Company/Cybertek, where she served as Investment Accountant and Financial Reporting Manager.  She also served 10 years as Accounting Manager for Nicoud Insurance.  Handling all aspects of controller responsibilities, from ledger entries to government audits, Beth brings an affluence of experience to the company.   She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois – Springfield. 

Jean Garner
Jean Garner serves as President of CMW and Associates Corporation.  Garner began her career working in the healthcare field in the early 1990s.  She went on to hold management positions in the healthcare field and joined CMW in 2006.  She has extensive background in Information Assurance as well as HIPAA.  She has provided senior level administrative leadership for the overall direction, operation and coordination of the company.  A Mt. Pulaski native, Garner received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in Springfield.  She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the there as well.  She was named to the Biltmore Who’s Who 2009-2010 edition.
