Full-time staff hired by client firms receives competitive salaries, as well as benefits packages that may include vacation, a 401K plan, health club membership, computer loan program, profit sharing, training, and advancement.

If hired as a contractual employee by CMW, you still earn a weekly paycheck, with participation in a retirement plan, on-going training, and optional life and health insurance programs.
