Human Resource Consulting CMW has

Administrative Services: The following "Administrative Services" are
samples of time-consuming duties performed in every company's HR
Department. We can help you with all of your administrative/research
type activities. Examples include: Defining the actual "specs" associated
with a job assignment. Writing employment advertisements. Running
advertisements in newspapers and trade publications. Distributing
job ads onto the Internet. CMW can log into and conduct preliminary
searches of the many Internet job banks for resumes possessing skills
outlined in a job's specifications.
Technical Consulting Services: The following "Technical Consulting
Services" are samples of some of the "higher skilled" functions
that typically take place after the "candidate identification
stage" of the placement process. Examples include: Reviewing
resumes for the purpose of matching the candidate's skills to the
job's specifications. Screening potential candidates via telephone

job opening. For example, we will search many of the major employment
sites for
available candidates and will review their resumes and match
their skills against the job's requirements. We will post your job
orders
to our Web site (see www.cmwassoc.com) and review interested
candidates. We have job posting arrangements with hundreds of local,
regional,
and national employment-related sites (see www.topechelon.com/recruiters/amadv.asp for
a list of these sites). With your permission we will post your
job order (at no extra charge) to these appropriate free sites
(and newsgroups) based on the job's specifications. We also
have negotiated
discounted advertising rates at many of the more popular "premium
sites" on the Internet. And, if you want us to post your
jobs there, we will do it for you at the discounted rate that
we have
negotiated.
