CMW and Associates Incorporated was founded in 1995 by former executives of McDonnell Douglas as an executive search firm and has grown into one of the largest 8(a) companies in Illinois with operations in twelve states that currently oversees $5 million in federal client contracts through our three GSA schedules, employs over 90 people and has been awarded over $16 million since our inception. CMW has been recognized by the United States Congress for outstanding performance as we continue to offer impeccable service, attention to detail and focus on meeting the needs of our clients.

CMW provides project management to federal agencies including the Department of Labor, Illinois and Rhode Island National Guard, U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force. We provide engineering, accounting, legal and business analysis information technology and project planning to our numerous clients in the public sector.

CMW has staffed entire projects from administrative assistance through program management. Our strength is assembling project teams that work together to accomplish our clients' objectives.
