CMW & Associates was founded in 1995 by individuals who decided it was time to leave the cocoon of McDonnell Douglas. CMW & Associates was founded as an executive search firm and has gradually evolved into a Professional Services firm.

CMW has four practice areas Information Assurance, Data Management, E-Solutions and Professional, Administrative and Management Professional staffing.

CMW is pleased to provide such firms as Caterpillar, Nestle Purina, Learjet, the State of Illinois and Indiana with technical support in the areas of information technology financial/acquisition and engineering.

CMW provides project management to Federal Agencies such as the Department of Labor, Illinois and Rhode Island National Guard, Army, Navy and the Air Force. CMW provides engineering, accounting, legal and business analysis information technology and project planning to our numerous clients in the Public Sector.
