CMW and Associates Incorporated was founded in 1995 by former executives of McDonnell Douglas as an executive search firm and has grown into one of the largest 8(a) companies in Illinois with operations in twelve states that currently oversees $5 million in federal client contracts through our three GSA schedules, employs over 90 people and has been awarded over $16 million since our inception. CMW has been recognized by the United States Congress for outstanding performance as we continue to offer impeccable service, attention to detail and focus on meeting the needs of our clients.

CMW is pleased to provide technical support in the areas of information technology, financial/acquisition and engineering to such firms as Caterpillar, Nestle Purina, Learjet, and the States of Illinois and Indiana.
