    Fifteen or more years of experience in all phases of software services. Knowledgeable in business practices and procedures in a wide variety of fields. Extensive systems design, system architecture, data modeling, project management and data base design experience using one or more system development life cycles.

  • Project Manager - Top of page
    Fifteen or more years of experience in Software Services. Knowledgeable in business practices and procedures involved in the management of large scale and/or multiple system development efforts. Experience includes the utilization of one or more system development life cycles across several applications.

  • Senior Software Engineer - Top of page
    Requires a bachelor's degree and ten years experience in software development and integration techniques, tools, and methodologies. Performs as technical lead on very critical or complex tasks. Analyzes systems requirements and design specifications. Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Develops and translates detailed design into computer software. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including project plans, software program, and user documentation. Engineers software to optimize operating time and efficiency. Estimates software development cost and schedule, interprets software requirements and design specifications. Knowledgeable in state-of-the-art design and development of technologies such as operating systems, communications software, education and training systems, database compilers, object technologies, and network and communications technologies.

    Requires a bachelor's degree. Analyzes systems requirements and design specifications. Participates in the development of detailed designs. Translates detailed design into computer software. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including design and user documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Also supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases with respect to access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, guide-lines, and statistical methods. Maintains database dictionaries, monitors standards and procedures, and integration of systems through database design.

    Generally six or more years of experience in software services. Qualifications include:

  • Training Specialist - Top of page
    Requires a bachelor's degree and three years of progressively more responsible experience in the areas developing and implementing training programs. Develops alternate training scenarios, appropriate training approaches, and prepare training plans, training curricula, and materials. Identifies the best approach in meeting specific training requirements. Identifies both hardware and software components of the IT and considers different approaches for systems training, and determines the best application of available training tools.

  • Administrative Assistant - Top of page
    Requires a high school diploma and one year of general technical experience and one year experience in working with MS Office Suite or Lotus Suite including word processing and spreadsheet components. Installs off-the-shelf software (such as MS-Office, Lotus Suite) on personal computers. Tests software for operability. Assist team and/or project management in preparation of project schedules, status reports and general correspondence. Performs general technical and office duties (faxing, email, research on the Internet) to include interfacing with clients and coordinating with staff as required for completion of tasks.

Engineering Positions

  • Senior Electrical Engineer - Top of page
    Support of the electrical systems and critical facilities infrastructure and technical oversight of all electrical systems. May supervise or lead assigned engineers and/or other staff. Typically has 7 or more years of experience.

  • Electrical Engineer - Top of page
    Responsible for providing electrical engineering support of the electrical systems and critical facilities infrastructure and technical oversight of all electrical systems. Typically has between 2-8 years of experience. May or may not have PE.

  • Mechanical Engineer - Top of page
    Responsible for performing engineering and scientific work in the design, construction, installation, operation, or inspection of mechanical apparatus and equipment, but not limited to boilers, engines, turbines, machine tools, construction machinery, heating and ventilation equipment, and similar duties with respect to intelligence aspects of foreign activities in mechanical engineering. Candidate will provide support of systems and critical facilities infrastructure and technical oversight of all mechanical systems. Typically has between 2-8 years experience. May or may not have PE.

  • Senior Environmental Engineer - Top of page
    Engineering duties in an assigned program involving the protection of public health and/or the protection or restoration of the environment. May supervise or lead assigned engineers and/or other staff. 7 or more years of experience.

  • Environmental Engineer - Top of page
    Is responsible for air, water and soil quality. Performs the full range of professional environmental engineering duties within an assigned environmental program involving the protection of public health and/or the protection or restoration of the environment. May have between 2-7 years experience. May or may not have PE.

  • Senior Hazardous Waste Manager - Top of page
    May supervise or lead assigned environmental specialists and/or other staff. Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective chemical
    waste management program for the department. Manage the chemical waste program in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate with the Environmental and Occupational Health and
    SafetyBoard for the disposal of hazardous wastes. Identify chemical "unknowns" using analytical methods including GC/Mass Spec, AA, IR, and NMR. Maintain all records concerning hazardous waste in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Hazardous Waste Chemist - Top of page
    Collects, analyzes and interprets various chemical compounds, hazardous wastes or biologic compounds within a lab or field setting. Responsible for producing reports as well as working with team of scientists to best establish ways of dealing with various chemical issues.

  • Hazardous Waste Remediation Specialist - Top of page
    Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective chemical waste management program for the department. Manage the chemical waste program in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate with the Environmental and Occupational Health and
    Safety for disposal of hazardous wastes. Identify chemical "unknowns" using analytical methods including GC/Mass Spec, AA, IR, and NMR. Maintain all records concerning hazardous waste in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Financial Positions

  • Senior Accountant - Top of page
    The senior accountant performs most examinations and other client services with a minimum of supervision. He/she directs a number of assistants, instructs them in work to be performed, reviews the work done and directs necessary revisions. He/she is able to make decisions on all but the most unusual accounting and auditing matters. When such problems arise, the senior-in-charge accountant outlines them for the supervisor, manager or partner and acts on his/her advice.

The senior accountant is able to set-up time budgets on jobs he/she has previously handled and can direct assistants to employ methods which will accomplish audit and other client service objectives in minimum time. He/she conducts himself/herself in a professional manner with confidence and ease in the presence of staff and client representatives. He/she judges the suitability of expenditures to be incurred on an engagement, both by himself/herself and by those working under him/her.

  • Accountant - Top of page
    Performs standard accounting functions such as ledger maintenance, cost analysis, reconciliation, posting, and inventory control. Analyzes financial and operating data and prepares management reports and financial statements.

  • Jr.Accountant - Top of page
    Under supervision, a Jr. Accountant would perform basic accounting. May be responsible for assisting with payroll, accounts receivables or payables, budget and auditing duties.
